From the Telegraph & Argus of October 3, 1956...Dr E Huffa, of Leeds, gave an address on "health and fitness for the not-so-young" to the Bradford Central Townswomen's guild in the Chapter Hall and Church House, North Parade, Bradford, last night. She demonstrated how simple stretching exercises could be done while doing housework and at spare moments throughout the day.
