Taken from the Telegraph & Argus of May 17, 1956...American basketball legends the Harlem Globetrotters will be going head to head with the Texan Cowboys at a match in Odsal Stadium later this summer. Winning the game will be a tall order - with one player from the Cowboys topping a huge 6ft 10ins and three teammates scaling heights of 6ft 6ins.
