50 years ago: Fast-moving thieves broke into Buttershaw Lane Working Men's Club in Bradford, getting away with £100 in cash, 1,000 cigarettes, and a £300 one-armed bandit, and also smashing billiard tables at the £45,000 club, which had only been open for four months.
