IN the latest edition of our look back through the T&A archives, here are five sports pictures from the past.
Do you recognise yourself or anyone you know in any of these great photos?
First up, the Oddfellows Hall darts team, Idle, with the Yorkshire Sports trophy which they received during a presentation at the West Bowling Labour Club. Second from the left on the front row is captain David Hogg, while landlord John Moore is fourth from the left on the back row. The event was extremely popular among darts enthusiasts.

APRIL 1970, Bradford wrestler Dennis Mitchell presented a host of trophies to the winning captains in the Bradford and District Publicans Games League at the Oddfellows Arms, Harrogate Road.

Henry Thornton, from Tong Street, Bradford, was the first man away watched by fellow competitors in the Yorkshire Walking Club handicap event, which started from Smith Lane, February 22, 1969.
