One poor quarter cost Bradford Maroons dear as leaders Stockport Falcons Seconds survived a scare to win 80-72.
Eighth-placed Bradford led their EBL Division Four North hosts at the halfway mark and looked poised for a shock win.
But they lost the third quarter heavily 28-16 and, despite winning the final section, could not regain control.
Cyrus Dennis top-scored for the Maroons with 19 points, with new signing Reiss Dendi adding 15.
Bradford are at home against Mersey Tigers Seconds tomorrow. Tip-off time at Parkside Road Sports Centre is 2.30pm.
