BRADFORD No 1 AA
The club have fishing rights on two new waters. The first is the whole of the short canal known as Cooper Bridge Cut Canal, which stretches above and below the Cooper Bridge Road bridge up to the locks. This is on a six-month trial jointly with Brighouse AA which starts immediately. The second is the whole of the Milby Cut Canal in Boroughbridge, which also includes three pegs of the River Ure in Boroughbridge directly above the weir. This also starts immediately. Both these waters have already been fishing extremely well for roach and perch so are well worth a visit. Shelf Dam bottom lake is fishing well for bream, chub and roach to over a pound. There have been reports of large chub and the odd barbel being caught at Maunby.
