Eccleshill A produced a superb 23-7 win over Brighouse Sports A in the Naylor Premier League, thanks to big wins from Paul Hillam (21-3), Neil Mylan (21-4) and Ian Dewhirst (21-7).
Brighouse have started the season poorly, losing two out of their first three games.
Shipley Club A recorded their first win of the season, a narrow 17-13 success over 2010 champions Pudsey A. Neil Nicholson (21-7) and Graeme Dytiche (21-8) made the difference as both teams carded five winners.
Pudsey Littlemoor A left Ladyhill A with a 21-9 success, thanks to great away wins from John Armitage (21-7) and Dave Cooper (21-8), and it would have been much worse for Ladyhill had Steve Cooper not produced a great 21-4, the pick of three home winners. Crossgates extended their lead at the top of the table to nine chalks, with seven away winners, as they triumphed 20-10 at Clayton A.
Yorkshire got off to a flying start in their bid to win the 2011 British Parks County Championships with a resounding win over Central Lancashire & Pennines.
At the home venue at Pudsey, Yorkshire carded ten out of 12 individual winners with an aggregate margin of 78 points to claim a 12-2 win.
Meanwhile, over at Milnrow Memorial Park, Yorkshire adapted well to the persistent rain with eight winners, plus the aggregate, sealing a 10-4 win and three bonus points for the overall aggregate, making the final result 25-6.

The other game in Yorkshire’s group saw South Yorkshire defeat East Midlands 16-15.

Bradford A beat West Riding 8-2 in the Junior Inter District League.
In their match at Littlemoor, Bradford A carded six winners, with Joe Stockdale (Guiseley) and Marc Armitage (Littlemoor) both 21-3 victors. Meanwhile, Bradford B defeated Skipton/Aire Wharfe 7-3.

Yorkshire ladies defeated Staffordshire 447-395 on Sunday, carding nine home winners in the match at Wakefield BC, and an impressive seven away winners at Silverdale BC.
