Division One champions Dewsbury Sedbergh are looking for the perfect finish to what has been a fantastic Bradford League season so far.
They have won all their league games and only Dewsbury Tog can stop them completing the double in the Burton Cup final at Hermits next Wednesday.
The two teams met in the league in a cup final rehearsal and although Sedbergh won 9-1, there were several close finishes that all went in their favour.
John Stones won all his singles but only just, beating Richard Lightowler 18-16 in the fifth game, Steve Kosmowsky 12-10 in the decider and similarly Phil Bell 11-9.
Mark Land was also unbeaten and he enjoyed an 18-16 final-game verdict against Lightowler.
Fastbats E wrapped up the Division Four title with an 8-2 victory over Hermits D, Terry Miller and Jim Illingworth clocking up three wins each.
Rastrick secured runners-up spot after an 8-2 win against Hermits G, with Ron Maystone and Terry Bostock both unbeaten.
Yeadon continued their great escape act as they moved out of the Division Two relegation places for the first time this season with an 8-2 victory over Highdale D.
Chris Sanderson took all three points and received good support from Martin Ashworth and Mick Burton, who logged two each.
