Bradford Maroons maintained their strong finish in this season’s EBL Division Three North campaign with an impressive 86-82 away victory over Manchester Magic II – but results elsewhere mean that they will not qualify for the play-offs.
In a tight game, the Maroons finished every quarter ahead against opponents whom they had lost to earlier in the season.
Rihards Sulcs top-scored with 38 points while Dut Malek scored 25.
The Maroons are at local rivals and newly-crowned league champions Bradford Dragons this Saturday in their final EBL fixture. Tip-off at Trinity Green Sports Hall, Trinity Road is at 6.15pm.
