Novice riders Steve Fowler and Nigel Crowther ruled at wet and muddy Home Farm in Tong where Horsforth Motor Club staged their first championship trial of the season.
Gomersal expert rider John Hillam scraped into the top ten in what was a low- scoring 12-section battle in the woodlands. Silsden's Danielle Whitham won her class, while Guiseley brothers Sam and Joe Jennings took awards in Youth classes A and B.
