Nadeem Siddique proudly shows off his two boxing belts - and sets his sights on landing a third one next month.
The 19-0 unbeaten Bradford fighter, nicknamed the Golden Boy', is eyeing a shot at the English lightweight title, hot on the heels of his recent double success at the Hilton Hotel.
Siddique's devastating fourth-round stoppage win over Tye Williams earned him Central Area and British Masters awards. Now he is hungry for more and has targeted a title hat-trick against Stoke-based English champion Scott Lawton.
After last month's sell-out show, Siddique would love to bring that fight to Bradford and stage it at Odsal's Richard Dunn Sports Centre.
He said: "If they are willing to be reasonable then I can guarantee we will fill the place.
"Femi Fehintola and Rob Nelson did £7,000 worth of ticket sales between them for the last show and if I do that as well then it covers everything plus profit.
"It was a fantastic show at the Hilton and it would be great for Bradford boxing fans if we could put this one on at Richard Dunn on July 20."
Siddique, who has received his title belts after a delay on the night, will step back down to his natural lightweight division after stepping up by a stone to demolish Williams.
"My manager John Ingle says I have to box at lightweight from now on," he added. "Jon Thaxton is likely to give up the British title in the next six months to get bigger things offered to him and that's the one I'd love to box for.
"Lawton is a good opponent, cagey and tall, and a win would put me right in line for the British. Finally things are happening for me."
