Yorkshire were now in control of both legs after eight jacks.
The last four jacks at Pudsey brought only one more winner, with Clayton's Phil Dowgill winning 21-9, but with seven winners to five, Yorkshire had secured the home aggregate by a margin of 13 points in a 9-5 win.
Three winners out of the last four jacks in the away leg gave Yorkshire the aggregate by 24 points and another 9-5 win.
