LEEDS & District were convincing winners of the Yorkshire Parks Inter-City event after an 11-1 victory over Bradford in the final.
Drawn in the tougher Pool B, Leeds won all three games to make it through to the final with 26 points, while Bradford qualified in Pool A with comprehensive triumphs over Leeds Ladies (12-0) and Barkston Ash (10-2).
The final was closer than the result suggests, with Leeds taking three matches 21-20 and one 21-19.
Mark Hughes (Crossgates) got Leeds off to the perfect start with a 21-10 success, but the other three games, which were in the balance, all went Leeds' way.
Victory was theirs with wins by Crossgates trio Ashley Wilcock 21-10, Ira Jeffers 21-11 and John Schofield 21-11.
Craig Hebbard (21-12) was Bradford’s only winner, although the last game wasn’t played as Leeds had already done enough.

Bradford followed up their opening 47-9 victory over Leeds with a 47-9 win over Castleford in the Yorkshire Veterans' Inter-District League.
In the home match at Eccleshill, Bradford carded a full house of winners. Graham Oliver (Clayton) was the pick with a 21-2 success as Bradford triumphed 28-0.
Five away winners at Methley BC, with Ian Matthews (Eccleshill) producing a great 21-3, helped Bradford to an impressive 19-9 victory, which keeps them top after two games.
