PUDSEY Pearls' synchronised swimming team were definitely in the mood at the Yorkshire Spring competition at Knottingley Leisure Centre.
The event was attended by clubs from as far away as Gateshead in the north east and Chesterfield in the Midlands but every member of the Pearls squad came home with a medal.
The 12 and under team won a bronze, while the senior team, who are aged from 13 to 19, were runners-up.
Individual successes came for Saskia Seddon, who took a silver for her quick-paced solo in the 13-14 years' age group skill two category while team-mate Ellie Sutton picked up a bronze in the figures competition for the same age group in the novice category.
Coach Claire Macina said: “The girls have worked so hard for this and we are thrilled that they have all returned with a medal. I am very excited to see what they will achieve next.”
