THE Yorkshire Parks Brotherton and Wood Cup get underway a week on Friday, with 16 teams in each competition.

The final eight teams in each competition will play in the Bradford district on Sunday, July 12, with venues still to be confirmed.

Brotherton Cup draw: Cross Roads A v Myrtle A at Spen Victoria, Pudsey A v Eccleshill at Asa Briggs, Littlemoor A v Baildon A at Queensbury, Crossgates v Cranmore at Pudsey, Oxenhope v Asa Briggs A at Salts, Yeadon Park A v Pudsey B at West Bradford, Clayton A v Cross Roads B at Baildon, Whitkirk v Guiseley A at Drighlington.

Wood Cup draw: Spen Victoria v Myrtle B at Clayton, Queensbury v Clayton B at Guiseley, Salts v Drighlington at Horton, Wibsey A v Guiseley B at Tyersal, Asa Briggs B v Wibsey B at Eccleshill, Littlemoor B v West Bradford at Wibsey, Horton v Baildon B at Littlemoor, Yeadon Park B v Tyersal at Whitkirk.

Meanwhile, Jack Summers has been appointed the new Yorkshire Parks secretary following the recent death of Len Hiorns.
