YORKSHIRE made it two wins from two as they defeated North Staffordshire 19-12 in their second game of the British Parks County Championship.
They carded an impressive ten winners in the home match at Brighouse Sports, with host-green bowler Nigel Bloomer's superb 21-5 the pick of them as Yorkshire took the aggregate by 53 chalks.
At Baddeley Green in the away match, Yorkshire would have been disappointed to have carded only four winners, with four other games just going against them. Danny Towning (Ladyhill) was the best of the winners with a 21-15.
Yorkshire kept the away aggregate close and, despite losing by 27 chalks, took the three bonus points for the overall aggregate and will go into their next game against Warwickshire on Sunday, June 21 full of confidence.

Yorkshire Ladies defeated North Warwickshire 431-392 in their second County Championship match of the campaign to follow their demolition of Wirral at the end of last month.
In the home match at Meltham, Yorkshire carded an impressive 11 winners, with Chloe Hirst of Clayton's 21-5 the pick of them.
Yorkshire managed five triumphs in the away match at a tricky Dunlop BC, with Whitkirk's Nichole Farrar 21-10 and Ladyhill's Andrea Buckley 21-14 helping keep the aggregate under 50 chalks.
This meant they took the overall aggregate by 39 chalks to make it two wins from two.
