EMBASSY Police A, who have been the dominant force in Division One of the Bradford League, have added the Burton Cup to their collection.
The odds-on favourites faced Embassy Police B, who had a surprise 5-4 victory over Dewsbury Sedbergh in their semi-final, at Hermits.
However, Police B were no match for Police A, who had also gone through the league season unbeaten.
Tim Dyson and John Chew won two each for the winners, while Shayan Siraj added a single, with Peter Clarkson taking a consolation for the losers.
The Tony Theobould Trophy final was held on the same night at Hermits and featured Division 3A winners Pudsey B and Hermits A, who were fourth in Division 2A.
Pudsey had a 51-point start but needed a strong team performance to have any chance.
Chris Town won the opening set for Hermits by ten points against Maurice Wrigley but Alex Waring gave Pudsey some hope by beating Maurice Biott 41-36 in set two, but from then on it was all Hermits as they won the remaining seven sets to triumph by 56 points.
The Bradford Summer League begins next week.
There will be two divisions, with six teams in Division One and four teams, all from Hermits, in Division Two.
