THREE junior members of Oakbank Table Tennis Club have helped their teams win titles at county or national level, while another has qualified for a national singles championship.
Beckfoot School pupil William Nash was a member of the Harrogate team that won the National Under-18 Team Championship, while fellow 15-year-old Ffion Myers, of Oakbank School, helped Yorkshire win promotion to the First Division in the National Under-18 County Championship.
Meanwhile, 14-year-old Hibah Mahmood was part of Bradford Grammar School's under-16 girls' team that took their West Yorkshire School Team Championship title, and nine-year-old Isabella Crooks has qualified for a national singles final.
The Eldwick Primary School pupil, who is in her debut season, finished in the third and last qualifying spot in the Yorkshire Regional Qualification Tournament for under-11 girls and will now play in Sheffield on Thursday, May 7.
