STEVE Wilman is through to his first Bradford Billiards Championship final.
He had a 319-207 victory over Stephen Kershaw at Chapel Green Liberal Club, and was never behind after a series of 30 and 40 breaks.
Paul Devitt produced a spirited effort in the other semi-final to hang on to defending champion Mark Hirst, with little separating the pair at the halfway point.
However, Hirst produced breaks of 168 and 56 unfinished to win their contest 418-200, which means that the two group winners will contest the final at Great Horton Conservative Club on Monday, April 27 (7.30pm).
The line-up for the Bradford Snooker Championship semi-finals is now known after Clayton Liberals' Mark Slater edged past Simon Jackson (Eccleshill Victoria Cons) 4-2.
