CITY of Bradford Esprit won seven medals in the third and final leg of the North East Regional Championships in Sheffield.
The event was open to divers of all abilities from novice to elite, and Bradford won a gold, four silvers and two bronzes to finish third in the team event.
Bradford's winner was Evie Webb in the women’s open three-metre event, where, against tough competition, she notched a personal best.
Silver medals went to Imogen Tomlinson in the girls' 12-13 years skills event, Elizabeth Powley in the girls' 9-11 years E2-D category, Jake Passmore in the equivalent boys' event and Domi Hinchliffe in the girls' B 14-16 years event.
Koben O'Driscoll was third in Passmore's event, while Ben Patrick also claimed a bronze in the boys A 16-18 years' event.
Other top-ten finishes went to: Luck Robinson (fifth) in the 12-13 skills, Joseph Nicol (fifth), Scott Holmes (seventh), Tom Blenkinsopp (ninth) and Ben Mullet (tenth) in the equivalent boys' event, Emily Field (sixth) and Gina Webb (eighth) in the girls' 14-16 and George Parsonage (tenth) in the one-metre boys' 12-13 years.
City of Bradford Esprit Diving Club work alongside Bradford Council's sport and leisure service coaching and training scheme, which delivers training sessions seven days a week.
Sessions are coached by fully qualified Bradford Aquatics staff and held at Bradford Council’s Shipley and Eccleshill pools and at Nab Wood Sports Centre.
