FORMER world champion Joe Johnson has been drawn against a qualifier in the first round of the World Seniors Championship at Blackpool's Tower Circus Arena on March 2-3.
The 62-year-old from Bradford is one of eight former Crucible champions in the draw, the others being Steve Davis, John Parrott, Cliff Thorburn, Dennis Taylor, Mark Williams, Ken Doherty and Peter Ebdon.
Sky Television are covering the event, and the 16-man draw also includes six-times World Championship runner-up Jimmy White, semi-finalist Darren Morgan and losing finalist Nigel Bond.
