BRADFORD boxer Khunais Khan may only be six, but he already has a nickname, has been to Brendan Ingle's world-famous gym in Sheffield and is due to visit undefeated five-weight world champion Floyd Mayweather's stateside establishment in December.
Khunais' dad Ishmael, who used to box himself at Bradford Police Boys' Club, has no doubt about how far he wants his son to go, saying: "The aim is for an Olympic gold medal and then for him to become world champion."
There are also plans for the youngster to meet former WBO lightweight champion Ricky Burns when he has his make-or-break fight at the First Direct Arena in Leeds on Saturday, October 4.
Khunais, who goes to school in Girlington, is nicknamed King Khan and has his kit sponsored by Bradford-based Premier Accident Management, has only been boxing for a year and trains at the Round One gym in Sunbridge Road.
