Bradford competitors won three medals during the British Gas Elite Junior Diving National Championships in Leeds.
Five youngsters from Bradford Esprit Diving Club took part in the event and Holly Waxman, William Hallam and Max Roper made the podium.
Waxman, aged 11, competed in the girls’ nine-13 three-metre synchronised event with City of Leeds Diving Club partner Emily Bearpark and they clinched second place.
Hallam also received a silver medal for his individual performance in the boys’ 14-15 years platform event.
And Roper walked away from his one-metre event with bronze in the boys’ 12-13 category.
Ruby Bower and Michael Jones dived in the same event and, although they did not claim a medal, Bower set two new personal best records.
Jones took part in the boys’ one-metre 16-18 section alongside youth Olympic diver and former team-mate Sam Thornton.
Diving sessions are held for adults as well as children at Shipley Pool. For more information call 01274-437162.
