CITY are still waiting to hear about their windfall for Premier League youngster Alvin Ayman.

But the Bantams are in line to pocket another significant amount from the latest academy departure.

Clive Oduor, the younger brother of City midfielder Clarke, recently joined Wolves to play for their under-15s and under-16s age group.

Oduor, an attacking midfielder, had been tracked by a number of top-flight clubs before clinching a move to Molineux.

City are set to benefit from his progress with the deal likely to include a sell-on clause and various incentives – as with previous young talents who have moved on from the club academy.

They are expecting a sizeable sum for 16-year-old Ayman following his move from Wolves to Liverpool.

The left-sided centre half, who can also play in midfield, left City last year having been part of the youth ranks since the age of nine.

Ayman, who holds dual English and Egyptian citizenship, did so well in his season with Wolves that manager Gary O’Neil took him with the senior squad to their final game at Manchester City in May.

He caught the eye of several big guns – with Liverpool winning the race over the summer.

There were reports of a £2 million compensation deal for the highly-rated youngster when he was unveiled on Merseyside.

But it is understood that a fee has still not been agreed between the clubs and therefore it could go to an FA tribunal for an outcome.

That has left City hanging on for their sell-on percentage of the deal until the two parties can hammer out a figure.
