JAKE Young has tonight completed his move to Stevenage.
The striker joins the League One side for an undisclosed six-figure fee. The deal is also understood to include add-ons and a "sizeable" sell-on clause.
It finally brings to an end the long-running saga that has gone on through the last two transfer windows.
City, who turned down three bids for Young in January, accepted an offer from Fleetwood last week.
not necessarily how I imagined my time at the club going but I’m still grateful and felt pride every time I wore the shirt. I’ve met some great staff, players, and most importantly fans - I’ll always appreciate the support from you. All the best to everyone at the club🐓⚽️ pic.twitter.com/1JifWUeUOC

But Young held out in the hope of rekindling League One interest and Stevenage made their move today.
The 23-year-old joined City from Forest Green in the summer of 2022 but made just 16 appearances for the club, scoring four goals.
The move sees Young reunited with Dan Kemp at Stevenage after their successful partnership on loan at Swindon last season.
