IT didn't take Andy Cook long to get into the goalscoring groove this season.

The prolific forward found the net in City's 3-1 win at home to Bromley last weekend, and his latest strike got the statisticians thinking.

Of course, Manchester City's goalscoring supremo Erling Haaland needs no introduction to finding the back of the net, but neither does Cook.

Bradford's no9's first goal of the campaign last weekend put him on 46 league goals since the start of the 22/23 season.

Only Haaland has scored more in that time for his club, hitting the back of the net on 67 occasions in the Premier League for the champions.

Cook's tally of 46 league goals since the beginning of the 22/23 campaign also puts him ahead of Liverpool's Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah and he'll be hoping to increase his record this weekend when the Bantams travel to Grimsby.
