Jayden Okunbor’s long-running Visa saga is finally over, and he has now officially been confirmed as a Bulls player until the end of the season.
The winger enjoyed a successful loan spell from Hull F.C. earlier this year, but was recalled by his parent club ahead of Bradford’s Betfred Championship game at Dewsbury in late June.
He quickly rejoined the Odsal outfit ahead of their clash in Toulouse the following weekend, with Hull confirming that move would become permanent once Okunbor’s Visa clearance came through.
While he played in France, then the following weekend at home to Wakefield, administration issues over his Visa have forced him to sit out the last two Bulls games against York and Widnes, with his absence keenly felt in defeat to the latter.
But Bradford confirmed yesterday afternoon that his Visa issues were finally sorted, and he will return to the line up for this weekend’s game at Barrow.
