CITY will make the short hop to Guiseley next week – to fill the pre-season void left by Scunthorpe’s late withdrawal.
The Lions have stepped in to host the Bantams in their second friendly on Saturday, July 13.
It comes after City’s scheduled opponents Scunthorpe pulled out on Monday night claiming that their pitch would not be ready.
Guiseley have been regular pre-season foes down the years but this will be the first visit to Nethermoor since 2021.
Lee Angol scored twice as Derek Adams’ side came from behind for a 2-1 win.
A crowd of around 1,700 watched that game and another big turn-out will be expected for next week’s clash with their Northern Premier League neighbours.
Tickets for the fixture are available now via Guiseley's official ticketing website by clicking HERE.
