CITY’S home game against Forest Green has been given the go-ahead.
Referee Simon Mather arrived at Valley Parade at 4pm to assess the pitch and has deemed it playable.
The Valley Parade playing surface continues to drain the rain which fell this morning.
Ground staff are working hard on the pitch in the drier conditions and are monitoring the forecast for the rest of the day.
