GRAHAM Alexander cannot wait to see Jake Young back at City.
The Bantams chief confirmed the 16-goal striker will be coming back this week after being recalled from his Swindon loan.
Young played his final game for Michael Flynn’s side this afternoon in a 3-1 defeat at Crawley – the next opposition for City this weekend.
Young will come straight into contention for that game as he slots straight into Alexander’s plans.
Speaking after the loss at Crewe, Alexander said: “Jake will come back to us when we’re back in training this week.
“I’ll sit down and have a chat because I haven’t met him yet. I’ve only spoken to him over the phone a couple of times just to keep in contact.
“It will be good to see him and integrate him back into the squad and see how he goes.
“If he was someone else’s player, we’d be looking at him with jealous eyes. He’s been in great form, fair play to him.
“I’m sure he’s enjoyed his football there and hopefully he will continue to enjoy his football with us.”
