BRADFORD City Women have booked their spot in the next round of the County Cup after defeating Silsden 2-0 on Sunday.
It signals the first victory under the new regime, with Emily Senior taking over in the Bradford dugout only a couple of weeks ago.
A first half brace from Kanisha Underdown was enough for the visitors to claim victory at the Office Interiors Stadium, as Senior’s side showed their class to get the job done.
There was also a debut for the visitors, as experienced defender Sharon Buckle got the nod from the start having joined up with her new teammates on Saturday.
She’s the first signing of Senior’s reign and most recently played for Huddersfield Town.
