BRADFORD City will find out this Friday who they are hosting in the last-32 of the Bristol Street Motors Trophy, but they only have four possible opponents.
By beating Barnsley 5-1 last night, the Bantams ensured they finished top in Group F of the Northern Section of the competition.
That guarantees that their first knockout game will be at Valley Parade.
The draw remains regionalised for this stage of the BSM Trophy, but both the Northern and Southern section have been split in two.
That means instead of facing any of the eight runners-up, City can only face the four sides who came second in groups A, B, C and D of the Northern Section.
The Bantams are therefore part of Draw B, alongside fellow group winners Bolton Derby and Doncaster.
City cannot go up against that trio, but they could be facing any one of Liverpool's Under-21s, Port Vale, Nottingham Forest Under-21s, or Fleetwood.
The Round of 32 draw will take place live on Sky Sports News at 6.30pm this Friday, in the lead-up to Sky Sports’ coverage of the Sky Bet Championship match between Rotherham United and Leeds United.
Sky Sports’ Michelle Owen will host the draw, alongside ex-Leeds striker Jermaine Beckford and former Republic of Ireland international Clinton Morrison.
