BRADFORD City are waving goodbye to a key member of their backroom team.
Chris Royston is the Bantams’ head of performance and medicine and has been at the club for over a decade, taking in historic moments such as the run to the 2013 League Cup final, promotion in 2012/13 and the defeats of Chelsea and Sunderland on the way to the last-eight of the 2014/15 FA Cup.
But he is moving on, with City announcing on social media this lunchtime: “After 12 years at #BCAFC, our head of performance and medicine, @chrisroyston89, will leave the club this month to pursue an opportunity elsewhere.
“Thank you for your incredible service Chris, and the very best for the future.”
