TYREIK Wright will miss City’s home clash with Wimbledon next week on international duty.
The on-loan Aston Villa winger has been called up for Republic of Ireland under-21s for their double header against Israel.
Deadline-day recruit Wright is named in Jim Crawford’s 25-man squad for the UEFA Euro under-21 championship play-offs.
The Irish play on Friday, September 23 at the Tallaght Stadium in Dublin before flying out for the return leg in Tel Aviv on the Monday. Both games kick off at 7pm.
