Bradford Bulls prop Craig Kopczak is contesting the charge of making a dangerous shoulder charge on New Zealand's Sam McKendry.
The Welsh international will appear before an international disciplinary panel in Leeds tonight.
Kopczak was charged yesterday by an international match review panel after they viewed video footage of the 55th-minute incident at Wembley, which left McKendry with a broken jaw and ended his involvement in the 2011 Gillette Four Nations.
Meanwhile, Australia forward Tony Williams has opted to accept his charge of making a high tackle on Ben Westwood of England at Wembley and has been suspended for one match.
Williams will miss Australia's match against Wales at Glyndaur University Racecourse Stadium, Wrexham on Sunday (5.45).
