Bulls club doctor Roger Brown passed away last Friday following a short illness.
The 53-year-old had performed the role at Odsal since the start of the 2002 season, having worked in the same position previously at Halifax.
Bradford chief executive Ryan Duckett paid tribute to Dr Brown following his death.
Duckett said: “Dr Brown will be greatly missed by all at the club.
“As well as being greatly respected for his medical professionalism, he was a fantastic person and was loved and admired by players, coaches and staff alike. Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.”
The funeral service will be held at St John’s Church, Coley on Monday, November 7 at 12 noon followed by cremation at Park Wood Crematorium, Elland at 2.15pm.
Dr Brown’s family has requested donations in lieu of flowers if so desired to Overgate Hospice, Yorkshire Cancer Research or Abigail Riley Trust c/o Lawrence Funeral Service, Green Hayes, Bell Hall, Halifax.
