Bulls assistant boss Francis Cummins insists that tonight’s trip to Salford City Reds is about more than just winning or losing.
Two points remain the target but Cummins is aware of the need to bring performances quickly up to speed.
The Willows clash sparks a run of four games in 16 days and Bradford are aiming to lay firm foundations for the remainder of the busy Easter period.
After a disappointing defeat to Hull last week, Cummins admits it is the last chance to get things right ahead of testing games against Leeds, Catalan and Warrington.
He said: “This week it’s important we play really well. We are going for the win but it is important we play well too.
“Generally what you do before Easter has to carry you through Easter because of the lack of preparation or even training you can do during that period.
“We might tweak things or change them slightly but we’ll be looking at the Hull game and this Salford game and trying to tweak that, rather than reinvent the way we play."
