Bulls chief executive Ryan Duckett is hoping to restore the Odsal fear factor after the club hit their target of 10,000 pledges for 2011 season tickets.

The final total was unveiled at a ceremony last night, with 10,681 signing up for the ambitious Pledge 10,000 scheme – around double the number of 2010 holders.

By reaching their goal, Bradford will become the cheapest club to watch in Super League next year, offering adult terrace membership for just £60 compared to £234 for the current campaign.

Fans now have until Friday, November 12 to purchase membership at the special price, and Duckett has been delighted with the res-ponse so far.

He said: “It’s fantastic. It’s quite a radical scheme so we’re delighted to get these numbers.

“Grattan Stadium can be a great place to watch rugby when there’s a good crowd. It creates a great atmosphere and can become quite intimidating for opposition players.

“We’ve maybe lost a bit of that recently but now we’re confident we can make it a fortress again.

“I’m hoping the pledge scheme and announcing the new membership prices can be a catalyst for better performances on the pitch by bringing the buzz back to the club.”

Terrace membership for adults, concessions, students and young adults will cost £60 and includes entry to all 13 Super League home games and the Challenge Cup fourth round, as well as half-price entry to Magic Weekend at the Millennium Stadium in February.

Main stand membership for adults will cost £99, with the price dropping to £90 for concessions, students and young adults.

Under-16s pay £45 for membership anywhere in the ground, while it is free for under-eights.

Premier club membership costs £175 for adults, concessions, students and juniors.

Supporters must purchase their tickets by 5pm on November 12, while existing membership holders must renew by 5pm on Monday, October 18 to reserve their seat.

Duckett said: “We feel the prices offer great value and they are available to all fans, even those who did not pledge before the deadline.”
