Michael Platt has been named in the Bulls' 19-man squad for Friday's trip to Hull FC.
The utility back replaces youngster Jason Crookes in the only change from the group that travelled to Warrington last week.
Having come through 40 minutes in the under-20s' defeat to Warrington on Saturday, Platt has proved himself ready for a Super League return.
He is yet to play a game this season after injuring his knee in an accidental training-ground collision with Chris Nero in January.
It is the first time this year Steve McNamara has made a change to his squad, having stuck with the same 19 players throughout the first six weeks of the campaign.
Bulls' 19-man squad: Dave Halley, Rikki Sheriffe, Paul Sykes, Chris Nero, Stuart Reardon, Brett Kearney, Matt Orford, Nick Scruton, Heath L’Estrange, Andy Lynch, Steve Menzies, Glenn Hall, Jamie Langley, Wayne Godwin, Michael Worrincy, Craig Kopczak, Michael Platt, Elliott Whitehead, James Donaldson.
