Bradford Bulls suffered their second defeat of the season as Paul Wellens scored four tries for St Helens.
Strong in defence and ruthless in attack, Saints were 20-0 up at the break, thanks to a superb showing from Leon Pryce, two tries from Wellens and one from Wilkin.
Eastmond kicked four goals from four attempts and then scored a stunning interception try seven minutes into the second half to pile on the misery.
Wellens crossed twice more, Eastmond converting both, before Matt Orford grabbed a last-minute consolation on his debut.
