Bulls ace Iestyn Harris has lost his fight to be fit for Friday's trip to Headingley.
The stand-off had hoped to recover from a hamstring strain in time to face his former club Leeds Rhinos.
However, boss Steve McNamara has not named Harris in his 20-man squad, the only change from the group that defeated Hull FC being the return of Ben Harris (knee) for Richie Hawkyard.
Phil Bentham will be referee, with Richard Silverwood named as video official in the first clash between the sides since the infamous Millennium Magic encounter.
