KIEREN Moss has joined the Bulls from Parramatta Eels on a deal until the end of 2017 to become reunited with Rohan Smith.

Smith coached the full back, who can also play in the halves, during their time together as Penrith Panthers as the youngster moved up the ranks.

Moss, who will arrive ahead of Sunday’s match against Dewsbury Rams, played for Penrith and was part of their premiership winning NSW Cup team in 2014, before joining Parramatta in August 2015.

“It’s very exciting to start a new chapter of my career at Bradford,” said Moss.

“It is going to be a big change for myself moving away from Australia and home, but I think it is for the best.

"I’m very happy to be a part of Bradford Bulls and hopefully I’ll be able to do some good things with the lads.

“I knew Rohan when I had him as an Assistant Coach when I was coming through the system at Penrith Panthers.

“I’ve always admired what Rohan has done and I think he is a really, really smart coach and I just love what he does.

“Bradford is such a notable club with its history plus having Rohan as the coach; they sealed the deal for me.

“I think my biggest asset is my speed. That has got me where I am at the moment, plus my support play as well. I try to be wherever the ball is around the ruck and always try to put myself in the right place at the right time.

“Kieren is a really good young man and has a lot of ability,” said Head Coach Smith.

“He performed strongly over several seasons in the Under 20s competition in Australia with Penrith and then moved into the NSW Cup team with them as well.

“I feel the English game will suit him and allow him to take his game to another level.

“He is an excellent support player. He is very good defensively and catches a lot of kicks on the full. Where the ball is, is where he likes to be – he’s that style of player.”
