ADAM Sidlow says his solo try against Doncaster was a legacy of his work with strength and conditioning coach Gary Dempsey.
The Bulls prop set the ball rolling in the 72-6 win by collecting a pass from Lee Gaskell and racing clear from 30 metres out.
Sidlow said: "Gary does a lot of speed work with us, which tends to help, and for that try I spotted a massive gap and just went for it.
"Their defence seemed to stop, thinking I might pass it, but I showed them a clean pair of heels and I was delighted with the try."
Sidlow has proved one of the Bulls' most influential performers this season alongside Adam O'Brien and Paul Clough in the front row.
"I think Steve Crossley and Epalahame Lauaki deserve a lot of credit too for their performances last week," he said.
"Cloughie and I tend to play big minutes but they came on last week and caused some real devastation.
"A lot of players are coming back from injury as well, which is great because we'll need everyone in the Super Eights."
