DEWSBURY head coach Glenn Morrison fears his side could be on the end of a serious pasting at Odsal on Sunday.

The Rams lie in the fourth and final play-off spot after winning nine of their 16 Championship games so far.

But former Bulls forward Morrison was left furious by their performance in last weekend's 20-20 draw at home to Workington.

The Australian believes a repeat performance at Bradford would see his side lose heavily to Jimmy Lowes' men.

"For the Bradford game, we might need a calculator because we don't look like we're even in the same league as them on Sunday's evidence," said Morrison.

"I'm not here to pull any punches but if there are any on-field positives at the moment, then it is the recent performances of the reserves side.

"They've won four on the bounce now and had a great win against Sheffield on Saturday, so you might see a few of those guys in the side against Bradford."

Dewsbury had stumbled to victory the previous week against rock-bottom Doncaster, who the Bulls thrashed 72-6 last Sunday, and Morrison apologised to supporters after his team's showing against Workington.

He said: "We don't seem to have the right mentality to play against the teams below us in the table. Just thinking that we're going to get the job done is not good enough.

"With no disrespect meant towards Workington, we were extremely poor – and ahead of a tough run of matches, I'd been looking forward to getting a win.

"We won't be looking at the top four if we continue to perform like that."

Former Bulls winger Jason Crookes broke his nose against Workington last weekend and said: "It's hard to say how long I'll be out for but hopefully I'll be back soon."
