BULLS chairman Marc Green is taking his legal battle with former Odsal head coach Francis Cummins to the Court of Appeal.
Cummins won his case against the Bulls for wrongful dismissal in the Leeds County Court last month after Honorary Judge Andrew Saffman ruled in his favour.
Saffman subsequently refused Green permission to appeal his ruling but it is understood the Bulls owner has now applied to the Court of Appeal.
The two parties are scheduled to be back in court on July 13, when judgment is due to be passed over the damages that Bradford must pay Cummins following Saffman's recent ruling.
