ROBBIE Hunter-Paul put his boots back on to help Mirfield Stags record an emphatic 42-20 victory at Bentley.
The Bulls chief executive, 39, captained the side from scrum half on his debut as the Stags' powerful pack laid a platform for their outside backs to shine.
Mirfield full back Ross Hayden grabbed five tries, while Ben Mather and Oliver Rounding also touched down.
Hunter-Paul, who kicked a late conversion, was pivotal throughout as the Stags moved clear at the RFL Yorkshire Men's League Division One summit.
