MARC Green says the mix of characters in the Bulls' squad has created a "fantastic camaraderie" which bodes well for next season's promotion bid.
The club's owner and chairman has paid tribute to stars such as Lee Gaskell for staying loyal to Bradford following last season's relegation.
And he says new recruits such as Etu Uaisele and Karl 'Lumberjack' Davies have added to the "chemistry" within the group.
Green told the T&A: "I think there is a great blend of youth and experience.
"But look at Lee Gaskell; he's young and experienced. He was the stand-out player last season and we were so grateful to keep him, and all the other players who stayed following our relegation.
"The likes of Chev Walker, Danny Addy, Adam Sidlow and Dale Ferguson all felt the pain last season but they wanted to stay around. I'm grateful for the fact that they have bought into what I want to do.
"The players that have gone, I wish them all the best for their future, but that was clearly the right split between those who haven't stayed and those who have."
Green added: "The chemistry between those players who have come in and those who have stayed is great. There is a fantastic camaraderie and they are all getting on.
"There are some real characters in there – Etu is a brilliant individual and probably the joker in the pack.
"Lumberjack is another one and these players who have come into the club are bringing different experiences to the group. The mix we've got now is very encouraging."
