Dale Ferguson and Luke George are in line to make their Bulls debuts after being included in a 23-man squad to face Castleford on Sunday.
The former Huddersfield pair have been unable to feature thus far, due to suspension and injury respectively, but are both set to appear as Francis Cummins puts the finishing touches to his side’s pre-season preparations.
Head coach Cummins has named a strong squad, packed full of top-flight talent and complemented by a cluster of rising stars.
Youngster Sam Bates is again in contention after impressing last time out, with skipper Matt Diskin also making his first appearance of the year.
“We are aiming to really step it up a gear this weekend with only a couple of weeks to go before the start of the new season,” said Cummins.
“Those playing this Sunday will have a final chance to stake their claim ahead of round one of Super League.
“Come the weekend, we will be pretty much at full strength and Castleford are to provide us with another difficult test.
“I am very excited about the season ahead and this will be our final dress rehearsal, so we need to be at our best.”
The Bulls begin their First Utility Super League campaign against the Tigers on Sunday, February 16 (3pm).
