Michael Platt has joined North Wales Crusaders following his departure from the Bulls at the end of last season.
The 29-year-old winger spent the past seven seasons at the Provident Stadium but was not offered a new deal when his contract expired.
He will link up with former Bradford team-mate Stuart Reardon to become the fourth new member of the Crusaders’ squad alongside the Ashall brothers and Adam Clay.
Head coach Clive Griffiths, whose side will play in the Championship in 2014 after winning promotion, said: “It’s a tremendous capture for us to add to the players that we’ve brought in over the last year or so.
“He may have had other offers but he has come to us as he sees the potential of the club and that there is the opportunity to go places.
“That’s what we’re trying to do here and we will welcome his experience and quality that he will add to the team.
"He’ll only help us to develop and consolidate the team ready for the Championship next season.”
