The summer Touch Rugby League starts on Thursday, May 12 (registration night) at Bradford Salem RUFC, Shay Lane, Heaton (7pm-8.30pm).
Each team has a squad of ten for the six-a-side matches, and two females or males must be on the pitch at any one time.
The league lasts for ten weeks and players must be 14 or over.
